Al-Ameed University’s team participated in the Iraqi universities’ qualifiers for futsal football for the middle Euphrates region, which is hosted by (University of Kufa - Al Furat Al Awsat Technical University - Jaber Ibn Hayyan Medical University - Al Kafeel University - Islamic University - Sheikh Al-Tusi University College)
With the participation of fourteen universities and colleges, it was divided into two groups for the period from 17-1-2022 to 27-1-2022
The official of the Student Activities Department at our university, Professor Majid Muhammad Alwan, confirmed that the technical meeting was held at Al-Kafeel University, while the opening ceremony was in the premises of the Islamic University, as the participating teams were distributed in three sports halls so that our university team competed with the rest of the participating teams to compete in the competition within these tournament
